
Shuchi is currently a directing fellow at the AFI where she has been awarded the prestigious Bridges-Larson grant for demonstrated skill in directing actors as well as the Tichi Wilkerson Kassel endowment. Before relocating to LA, Shuchi was Creative head and Machinima director ('Machinimas' are films made using game engines) at Indusgeeks, a first-of-its-kind start-up in Mumbai. Here she designed campaigns and directed web commercials for clients like the Brand Union, RTA Dubai and Child Rights and You. Her first student film, a documentary ROOTED IN HOPE, was selected to be aired on 'Through the Looking Glass,' a CNBC TV18 show featuring the best documentaries from India.

Joceline Hernandez has a B.A. Degree in Communications from TEC of Monterrey in Mexico City and a certificate in Media Culture and Mass Media from Macquarie University in Sydney. She attended abroad programs in Spain and a Maine Workshop on line producing, UPM, and AD. She has worked on several Hollywood films: DRAGONBALL:EVOLUTION, BEVERLY HILLS CHIHUAHUA, LOVE IN THE TIME OF CHOLERA, VANTAGE POINT, THE AIR I BREATHE. MATEO’S NIGHT, one of her three short films, was selected in the “Morelia International Film Festival”. She coordinated 8 “Televisa” short films. She worked for a Film Equipment rental house as a PR. Currently she is completing her Master’s degree in producing at the American Film Institute and got an internship during summer at Essential Entertainment.

Linda Jildmalm started her career in Sweden and Denmark after finishing her studies at Kalix Film School. She worked as the Visual effect editor on “ARN – The Knight Templar,” Scandinavia’s most expensive movie to date and winner of several international awards. She continued working as the assistant editor/editor on several studio produced features including “KENNY BEGINS,” “THE SWIMSUIT ISSUE,” (winner of the audience award at Sao Paulo Film festival,) and the TV-series “INNOCENT ACCUSED.” Linda has worked on all kinds of formats including the RED camera, Film and HD. Before coming to the American Film Institute Conservatory she co-edited “BECK” a popular northern European feature sequel.

James Adolphus is a cinematographer engaged in making meaningful motion picture films about social, cultural and political issues of global relevance. Adolphus is currently shooting LIGHT UP THE SKY, a groundbreaking documentary shot with the Red One camera. James is also in pre-production on the anticipated independent feature film, AUGUST, based on the award winning short, POSTMORTEM. His recent credits as director of photography include Sundance Channel's provocative and eye-opening documentary series BRICK CITY, winner of the 2010 Peabody Award. Adolphus also photographed WITHOUT THE KING, winner of the Special Jury Prize at Hot Docs International Documentary Festival. James Adolphus is currently a cinematography fellow at the American Film Institute Conservatory.

PRODUCTION DESIGNER
Louis Joseph Comeau IV was born in Boston, raised in NH and earned a BFA from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. His professional background includes advertising art direction, illustration and graphic design. He is currently a second year fellow at The American Film Institute Conservatory.

STORY EDITOR
Joe Aaron, screenwriter, worked several years writing for television at HBO, Cinemax, E!, and Comedy Central. He co-authored children’s book “Doug’s Big Shoe Disaster.” The book was parlayed into the cartoon series “Doug” which ran for seven years on Nickelodeon and later Disney’s ABC. He wrote and directed the indie feature “Crazy Jones” winner of several film festivals, and he is featured in two documentaries; “Autism the Musical” (HBO) and “Dreams on Spec” - a film about LA screenwriters.
